  • (AM Lecture) Discover what is oral appliance therapy, the different types of oral appliances that can be made and how to implement this specialty within your practice. Because oral appliance therapy is billed through medical insurance, it requires different coding for reimbursement. Learn how to code it correctly, information on insurance, third party software and billing companies along with the typical billing process. Step by step review from consultation to delivery of appliance with a hands-on clinic following lecture. Dr. Kovitch has been treating patients with oral appliance therapy since 2012.

  • (AM Lecture) Esthetic dentistry has taken the world by storm. Now more than ever, it is imperative that we provide beautiful esthetics with predictability. This course arms you with a simple and complete way of designing any case with great function and beauty.

  • (PM HANDS ON) - Learn how to make a morning repositioner to deliver to your patients along with their oral appliance to reduce risks of teeth and jaw movement from oral appliance use.

  • (PM HANDS ON) - The world of dentistry changes, it seems, from hour to hour. The attendee gets the opportunity to use some of the latest proven
    materials and learn the functional rules of esthetics. The participants walk through an anterior case, in a step-by-step fashion. Learning Objectives:

  • (AM LECTURE) - Practitioners who strive to maintain independence from the toxic tentacles of third party insurance must develop skill sets that motivate patients to go out of network to seek their
    care. This class is part of a series designed to enable the GP to do just that. This course will focus on atraumatic tooth removal.

This action-packed full day class includes an optional hands-on continuation clinic, will provide a step by step blueprint for success at a wide array of surgical procedures. In his
    warm and witty way, Dr. Rasner will cover everything from pre-op patient preparation to scheduling to post-op instructions, all in a comfortable, question-inviting atmosphere.This course has been carefully designed for maximum learning by integrating didactic, audio/visual aides, and attendee participation. In order to provide the most realistic learning experience, a worldwide search for the best models and methods of replicating procedures was conducted. You will leave ready to return to your practice, start providing these procedures, and keep more production in-house.

  • (AM LECTURE) - Incorporating CBCT into your practice opens the door to enhanced diagnostic and treatment planning capabilities. Through lecture, live case demonstrations, and hands-on learning, this course will provide a strong foundation in basic principles of CBCT technology, tips for how to review CBCT scans, common CBCT findings, and medicolegal considerations. Afternoon session participants will have the opportunity for hands-on learning with review of CBCT scans and discussion of the findings.

  • (PM HANDS ON)
    During the Hands-On Clinic, each doctor will:
    Demonstrate envelope, three and four corner, and split thickness flap designs
    Remove teeth in a number of clinical scenarios, including teeth broken to the gingiva;
    teeth adjacent to “delicate” teeth (ie. anterior crowns); teeth in lingual version; and
    teeth in crowded dentition
    Select and demonstrate proficient use of appropriate armamentarium (Elevators,
    Physics Forceps vs. conventional) to remove sectioned teeth
    Demonstrate continuous, vertical, horizontal mattress, and sling suturing techniques

  • (PM HANDS ON) This is a hands-on continuation of the morning lecture which includes a review of CBCT cases and discussion of findings for participants.
